The Union Street Project

Campaign to raise awareness for Union Street in Plymouth and the Old Palace Theatre. More to come soon...

New work in a new office!

So we've had a busy couple of first months in our nice new office at the Formation Zone in the Roland Levinsky Building.

We've made friends with the NHS, Routeways and Iridescent Ideas, Anthony Smith, Pilot's Thumb and Eden Holistic Solutions, and maintained strong relationships with Plymouth City Council, Stepping Stones to Nature, Renaissance South West and Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery along with a nice mixed bag of really interesting projects in the pipeline.

As we're a start-up business there have been ups...and a couple of downs...
but mostly ups so long may it continue!

Here's a little look at what we've been up to recently. Over and out.

Anouska is published!

Okay, so it may not be the Guardian, but Anouska was recently published in our Town's 'local' paper, the Torpoint Journal on how to take your first steps in setting up your own business.

We couldn't find an on-line version funnily enough, so we've worked up the text to fit our site. Hopefully this will be a useful resource for all you budding new start-ups out there!

Next stop - The Sun!

Exciting Times!

From the 1 March we will be moving into the Formation Zone office space in the Nationally Renowned Roland Levinsky Building on North Hill.

This is an exciting time for 51 Studio and to chronicle our first year as a start-up company we will be keeping a Twitter diary. This will consist of one or more tweets a day documenting how we are progressing. Hopefully this will give people a good honest account of how we are doing and also be a helpful resource to any other companies starting up. Look out for the tweets ending with a day number like so -

'First day in the office - Nike have called for a re-brand! #Day1

Our new contact details will be amended on the site from the 1 March and there may be some small email disruption.
